DAY TWO

Todays not been to bad, I weighed in this morning down two pounds. I know its just water but I’ll take it. Not started any kind of exercise yet.(yikes) I think instead of making it out to be something scary and boring, Summer breaks at the end of this month and Im going to make it fun and enjoy the summer with my daughter. Swimming, playing basketball taking bike rides and hit the trails with her and the dog. I had set out planning half an hour to an hour on the treadmill but cant get myself motivated to do it . I think my progress will go further if im enjoying it and not really thinking of it as exercise.

    I feel you on the exercise thing. I am always running with my kids but can’t seem to put a “scheduled” exercise time into my day. I feel like I’m blocked in that area, and I realize that if I could get that going, I’d probably lose faster and be able to run even more with the kids. But oh my..it’s tough.

    Your plan is great! Congrats on the two pounds and keep up the good work!

    That is definitely true. Fun exercise is the best! I know you can do it!
